To help us answer quickly, please include your device and app version, how you sign in (Apple, Google, Kakao, email, or not signed in), the date and order number for payment questions, and a screenshot of the problem.

Payments and refunds

• Photos are bought through App Store or Google Play in-app purchase, and refunds are handled by each store: reportaproblem.apple.com (App Store) or Google Play Help.
• If a purchase did not arrive, tap Restore purchases on the in-app purchase screen. If that does not fix it, email us with the date and order number.
• See the refund policy (Korean) for refund conditions.

Deleting your account and photos

• You can delete your account from the Profile screen in the app, or follow the account deletion guide.
• How long uploaded and generated photos are kept is described in the privacy policy.

Reporting a result

If an AI-generated photo contains something inappropriate or offensive, open it in the app and tap Report a problem, or email us.
